The Benjamin Rush Society is the premier giving society of Rush Medical College. The Benjamin Rush Society honors alumni and friends of Rush Medical College who make annual gifts of $2,000 or more for use within the college. Associate membership is extended to Rush alumni who graduated within the last 10 years who make annual gifts of $1,000 or more.

Gifts from BRS members are used to support Summer Research Fellowships for first- and second-year students, enhance Rush’s nationally recognized community service programs for students at all levels of study and provide scholarships for our entire medical college population. The society’s support reinforces the work being done at Rush Medical College and inspires other Rush alumni to add to that support.
